1. Do you take insurance? Yes, we take BCBS, Premera, Regence, First Choice Health,Kaiser, and Asuris. We can provide you with a questionnaire to assist you in confirming your coverage with your specific policy.
2. Do you take state insurance/Apple Health/Medicaid? At this time, no. We do offer a reasonable discount for time of service payment.
3. Do you take Medicare? Currently Medicare and Medicare Supplemental plans do not have Naturopathic Doctors as a covered benefit. We are able to write prescriptions that would be covered by your plan.
4. What is your fee schedule? It corresponds to the Washington State Labor and Industries schedule.
